  • Repairs typically take 10 to 15 working days.

  • Enjoy one complimentary repair on all our products. After that, repair services are subject to charges.

  • The charges applied are solely to cover the direct costs incurred during the repair process, with no added markup.

  • Our goal is to ensure that your jewelry is returned to you looking as close to its original appearance as possible.
