Return & Exchange Policy
At Carat By SFH, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below, which is designed to protect both our valued customers and the integrity of our products.
1. Timeframe for Refunds & Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

Be unworn, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, labels, and stickers intact.

Items that show signs of wear, such as scratches, damage, or missing parts, will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

This policy applies to orders within Pakistan. For international orders, kindly contact our customer support team for assistance.
Note: We do not accept returns of items that appear to have been worn or used for an occasion. Our jewelry is inspected thoroughly upon return, and items found to have been worn or damaged will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at info@caratbysfh.com with your order details and the reason for the return.

Once your request has been approved, you may ship the item back to our warehouse. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund Processing

We aim to process all returns within 7 working days upon receiving the item.

A full refund of the purchase price will be issued, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Depending on your payment method, refunds may take up to 7 working days to process.
5. Refund & Exchange After Product Use
If the product has been used, we offer the following options:

Refund: 30% of the sale price will be refunded.

Exchange: 50% of the sale price will be credited towards an exchange.
