We are committed to your satisfaction at Carat By SFH. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all packaging, labels, and stickers intact. Please note that items showing signs of wear, damage, or use for an occasion will not be accepted for return or exchange.
For used products, we offer the following options:
