At Carat by SFH, we are pleased to offer free shipping on orders PKR 20000 and above.

Local Delivery Charges: PKR 500/-

International Shipping

Delivery time for in-stock items range between 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the destination. For made to order and custom items, delivery may take longer.

Order will only be dispatched once full payment has been received. Please note that international payments may take time to process and be credited, which may delay the dispatch of your order. We advise you to clear the balance well in advance.

• USD 35: Middle East
• USD 50: Other International Destinations

Shipping & Duties

All shipping and handling charges are borne by the customer.

For international orders:

• Import duties, customs & taxes are not included at checkout.
• These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery if applicable.
• A refund may only be processed once returned to Pakistan. Return shipping, duties or any associated charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
